Second question......If I make a reservation at a hotel for both these people with my credit card.......how do they check in to the hotel when they are obviously not me ( my name on the credit card ) ?

I will be paying for the entire hotel stay in advance on my credit card....will they be able to check in with no problem?

Doesnt someone (myself) have to sign for my credit card purchase?

Nothing all inclusive just the run of the mill discount decent hotels and any cool tips you could offer would be great.

I have a vegan friend who does not get adequate protein. She suffers many health ailments from the lack of it.

Every vegan or vegetarian Ive met seem to be uneducated in the protein requirements for their body weight and exercise output.

What do you do as a vegan or vegetarian to ensure you get adequate protein? Do you know how much you even need in a day?

I know puerto rico is a united states territory. But im curious if the US dollar goes farther there then say in the actual united states?

I have a world currency converter Ive been peeking at. However its still a bit hard to tell just what that conversion really means in that particular country.

Im hoping someone can tell me as far as the caribbean/bahamas latin america places of that nature, that my US dollar is worth the most.

Im considering moving to another country for awhile. I hear costa rica is nice and my US dollar will go far there. Im looking for anyone who has traveled and their experiences on environment, people, cultures and most important, where they felt their us dollar was worth the most.

Im aware that mexico is cheap. However, Im looking for info on another country that is worth seeing. If someone does have some great info on mexico, please let me know. Im not interested in cancuun and the like, something more laid back.
