  • Who wants to repeal the Citizen's United v. FEC decision?

If you have seen the news over the last few days, President Obama stated that he is opposed to the internet laws (SOPA/PIPA) because of a petition created on his website: www.whitehouse.gov at the We, the People create a petition feature. Once you create an account at this feature, you will be able to use the link and sign the petition. We can all change the government.

I wanted to let you know about a new petition I created on We the People,

a new feature on WhiteHouse.gov, and ask for your support. Will you add your

name to mine? If this petition gets 25,000 signatures by February 14, 2012,

the White House will review it and respond!

We the People allows anyone to create and sign petitions asking the Obama

Administration to take action on a range of issues. If a petition gets

enough support, the Obama Administration will issue an official response.

You can view and sign the petition here:

    http://wh.gov/Bqa

Here's some more information about this petition:

support the concurrent legislation pending in the Constitution

    sub-committees the House and Senate

HJ Res 90 is currently stalled in several Committees and sub-committees in

both the House and Senate. In order to speedily begin the process of

removing the influence of PACs funded by for profit corporations we demand

the President immediately come out in favor of the bills pending in both the

House and Senate and demand that they be presented to the full Congress for

an up or down vote and decide whether corporations shall have any right to

    make political contributions.

  • If the state of our country bothers you, ask yourself, would you like to reform government?

Our Congress is deadlocked, our economy sucks, if you are unemployed it takes an average of 44 weeks to find a job, our houses are underwater, yet the corporations prosper. We are all arguing and directing our anger at each other. All of us, We The People, have one issue in common, our Congress is corrupt and owned by Big Money. Our President is timid due to the highly politicized nature of debate in the country. What can we do, we can make change happen:

    www.house.gov

    www.senate.gov

    www.whitehouse.gov

Review the facebook page, see what our government has to say, and try to figure out a way out of this mess, don't just argue and call names. Post your answers here for the next 4 days and on the facebook page after that time.

The best answer wins Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness under the American Dream. There is a way out, all of you young people, register to vote and actually vote. If you don't vote, don't complain about what is happening. You had your chance to tell them what to do. Who wants to change the world? Figure out how to reform government.
