I am planning on applying to both UVM and Northeastern University. I would like to apply to both of these via Early Action, which would only work if they were unrestricted early action. I know both have early action programs, but if one was restricted i couldnt apply early action to any other. So, can anyone tell me what type of early action each of the schools is? Thanks!!!

My favorite scene is from the episode "someone to watch over me", where Kara remembers the final five song and plays it on the piano. I have looked all over youtube. This is a problem that has occurred twice in the past 2 weeks. While the sound systems work, and i can still play games and stuff with sound, videos stop working. Only videos. The sound cuts out, and the video stops every few seconds. This problem went away, then returned. Videos still download, but they just freeze, and the sound does not work. Ive tried this with many things, such as youtube, facebook. none of the videos sound works. But for everything else, sound is fine. any help is greatly appreciated!
