5bedroom, 2bathroom, living room, diningroom, kitchen, new carpets for all bedrooms, real bamboo flooring for living, dining and hallway, granite counter top, all new stainless steel appliances & natural stone tile flooring in kitchen & 2car garage, appox. 2,100sqft, its been built since 1988, I was just wondering what am I looking at when the house is on the market.... thankyou to all that respond.

I am remodeling our kitchen and it looks like a pain to go through and try to demolish the 8" ceramic tile floor. I was wondering if I can place new Ceramic floor tile on top of old creamic tile??? & What are the steps to start this process? I am stuck and need help fast!
