I live in ny. My daughter is 15 and last year she admitted to her school counselor she was cutting herself and the counselor saw the cut marks on her arms. I was never informed. My daughter cut her wrist so deep 2 months ago that she needed 6 stitches. I want to sue. Didn't the counselor have an obligation to inform me of this??

Here's the situation. I was on maternity leave since July. My 3 months is up. I injured my knee(I don't know when) and my ortho doc says I can't work and extended my disability. The problem is after 12-weeks my job says that my position can be posted. I was told that my position is almost certain to be available for me after my surgery. I am not getting straight answers from the higher ups at work. Will my medical coverage be cancelled? My surgery is on Nov 13th. I am bringing in the most income in my household-we have 5 kids between us. He makes less than half of what I do. Any suggestions. Please no "It was your choice to become pregnant----Yada Yada Yada" I have already heard it. This is about my health.

I am going on maternity leave in a few months, and feel like she is trying to sabotage my job. I would like to switch units, but want to wait until i come back from leave.

I am very stressed out and i think she knows this. What should i do?

My current credit score is 574. I have been paying my bills on time and haven't applied for more credit recently. I want to know if this process will take years or months.
