Yes you´ve heard correctly. Sadly, here in my country compensations when you´re fired are much better than compensations when you just go. So, I have 4 months to get fired. The thing is that I´ve always had great yearly reviews, but a promotion has been denied (they just can´t). It´s been 10 years now and I´ve decided It´s time to move on.

Now I´ll live in another country and we have no offices right there. So what´s the point of stay here without proper compensation?

Strange as it sounds, if they fire me would do for me, and I´d go happy. Another person with good reviews tried to talk and negotiate her way out, but they denied their request. What to do?

I don´t know how they make it, and it looks promising and a tech you can depend on. But wouldn´t be easier just to play the instant replay? When I see a computer marking where the ball stands, I remember that computers can do anything, from stretching to making shorter a ball trayectory. Humans designed and controls the virtual cameras, and I know they´re trustable and honorable, but I´d prefer let the human factor out of the formula.

I´m so nervous and unclear about what to do...I still have a job, and I ´ve heard so great stories, bad stories, great sites about migration there, bad sites....The personal score for direct reference is 3-1 in favor to go. The point is, any geniune suggestions to calm myself down welcome.

Do I reaally need a car? I´ve heard that car insurance costs are on the sky...
