1 AnswerChemistry9 years agoPredicting delta G from equilibrium constant?
I have a problem here that has the equilibrium constant as a negative number. I have read that the equilibrium constant can't be negative---- but magically, there it is in the problem. Obviously I can't take the log of a negative number so I'm completely lost. Can someone please explain is me if delta G is pos, neg or zero and WHY? Thanks so much!
1 AnswerChemistry9 years agoClown fish aggression with cleaner shrimp?
Yes, they're supposed to be compatible but this little guy just isn't giving my cleaner shrimp a chance. The clown fish is a percula... not one of those crazy aggressive maroons... I really would love to keep both in my tank--- just without the tail nipping. And I really fear for when the shrimp molts. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can make this work?

Not sec x^2, not sec^x2. but:
Sec-squared of x?
thanks:)
1 AnswerMathematics1 decade agoDifferentiate this please :)?
ok so F' of tanx = sec^2 x
I can't figure out the derivitive of that. Also, when a trig function is squared, what does that mean as far as the x value? For example, say x=5 in sec^2 x. HOw do you go about getting the numerical value on like, a calculator?
