Dark Child

A 32 y/o woman is submitted to a clinic because she constantly fears she might lose her balance and will fall or faint (in reality she has never fallen or fainted). The current issues have started roughly a year before, when her family moved away from the vincinity her mother lives in. Her husband took over his own business and is gone from home most of the day. Before they moved she could go to her mother's or her sister's house; now she lives too far away and she knows they wouldnt be able to help her immidiately if something happened. First she avoided leaving the house, but then was able to go to the small shops around the corner if they werent too full. two months ago a friend of her's died from a cyst in his brain. since then she was permanently scared and unable to leave the house. she only felt comfortable when her husband was around.

any suggestions? is it a phobia?
