this is my code for a search query in VB.NET windows form application. However the %" & nam & "%'" does not work ( i used this in ASP VBScript works fine there).. whts the equivalent for this in VB.NET?

i hav a portable hdd which is dynamic disk. I need to convert it into basic disk, it has ALOT of data in it. Can i change it to basic disk without loosin data?? the data is 100 GB , very hard to backup..

i hav bought a second hand VItz 2003, milage 20,000. It is giving me 10 km/l which is frightfully low.. I heard its average is 18 km/l... Any ideas?? Its a 1.0 ltr, 3 door, auto, petrol. Also how many kilometers can you drive on its fuel reserve?

i turned on my computer yesterday after not using it for one week and i am getting no display on my screen... the last time i turned it off it was working fine... i had also disabled the power while it was switched off... my monitor is fine. .i hav checked tht.. wht cud the problem be???

it didnt happen until recently.. my outlook 2003 takes too much time to process any command, delete a msg, open a new email.. etc.. the only thing i hav recently changed is my antivirus which i hav upgraded from Norton Anitvirus 2003 to Norton Internet Security 2006... any ideas on whts happening to my machine???
