what are my rights regarding the items inside the car? Do I have to pay to get them out, or am I suppose to have free access to getting them out.

Note, I live in Los Angeles California.

I got the ticket and receive the letter from court and I notice that the license number on the letter is wrong by a number. at the end of the license is wrong. Could i get off base in that error. instead of a 3 they wrote a 5 in the original the three looks like a five.

I recently order a package from fedex, and they fail to deliver it, they only came once with was in a friday, the following monday, tuesday and wednesday I stay at home waiting for the package, Tuesday I call fedex 800 hundred number to find out why I have not gotten my package they just told to wait that the package would get to me on tuesday but it did not and it did not get here on wednesday also, I call fedex again and they actually do not have a complain department I can only complain to the 800 number and they will make a note of and give me a reference number. I ask them if there is a place I can go to, so I can make a formal complaint and they said not I can only call them.
