For months when I log into yahoo mail I get this error

*We believe your Yahoo! account has been compromised.*

I am not inclined to change all my passwords to a new one right now. At the bottom of the page is a link that I can click to bypass the change but once I click it I get a new page. The tab for that page has a yellow triangle with a !, the page itself says this

*Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at help.yahoo.com.*

I close out the error window and my yahoo mail is open in the original window I started on.

I'm getting sick of having to work around the notices, I refuse to change anything because I constantly am warned they never ask user for passwords. I tried to fix this myself but the yahoo help page has not had a reliable fix to this yet.

A mechanic buddy sent me to get my 1995 4runner engine compression tested. Now I cant find him to tell me what these numbers mean, and the wait is driving me crazy.

Done a CCleaner, Defraggler, error check the c drive(no bad sectors), registry error checking and fix all the issues but it is freezing up more frequently. The best buy geeks replaced the power supply a few months ago, I also added 1gb of memory around the same time. When it freezes up the screen sort of gets a funny bunch of light yellow lines or the yellow shadows the fonts. A few times on the screen a weird box that kind of looks like a UPC code has come up or my monitor begin a annoying buzz till the PC is shut down. What would be causing this and can I replace that component?

I surf the web on a Home Theater PC, and my screen is a 26" Olevia monitor, but a IE update/new version I downloaded messed up my resolution. Its killing my eyes looking at it, do you know what resolution I should have my LCD/computer, The choices are 1280x720, 1280x 768, 1280x962, 1024x768 I think its one of those 4 sizes and di i want 32 bit high color? Like I said my eyes cant take it so im trying to not look at it long.

This anti virus program is killing me, I cant install anything or use old programs. My IT dept disabled this software once but I want to get back to this window they used and I cant find it!

How can I search or locate it so I can diable or remove it?

This question actually relates to both parties in this equation.

The borrower walks, the bank writes of the loan as a loss? I imagine then the bank does this to seek some form of tax break for the loss?

The borrower is hit with a charge off or/and foreclosure, and if the bank doesnt recoup what is owed doesnt the balance get reported as a gift or at least have some tax consequences for the borrower?

I am stuck on both sides of this fence right now, I have private investors going belly up due to loans that have not been repaid, and I have borrowers thinking they can just walk because the banks arent exactly giving any sort of leiniancy for having always paid the loan on time. I feel for both sides but they both want answers and I dont have them. I am trying to urge them to go talk to tax advisors.

I work for a broker and recently began doing virtual escrows....a nightmare on our staff, frowned upon by at least one lender, and a joke as far as disbursements.

Here is my issues,

a payoff good till 2/9 and new loan closed and recorded on 2/8. The payoff amount 38709.22 The final hud shows the payoff amount for $38763.63. Interest per day was about $7 so is it going to require 9 days to get the payoff somewhere?

The most unusual thing is when the lender funds its not wired to title its wired to the "Virtual Escrow", they disburse and then put the checks ready to be cut into a different Virtual Escrow trustee account we issue checks from. Everytime I am short money to diburse that the lender accepted on the HUD, this virtual escrow has supposedly credited back in the borrowers proceeds saying I needed and invoice to pay me (we pay credit and appraisals then collect it at close and never did escrow ignore the money due to us if the lender allowed it to show on the HUD)

Sometimes people bug me non stop and I have to remove them from my IM on yahoo. I think they might show if I use veiw contacts, but out of no where they pop up all the time and somehow know I am on the internet. Its nice guy, then ranting guy that I play games and I cant see them on line in my yahoo contacts when they are IM'ing me.

SOmeone told me you can see whos on line even if they use stealth mode, but deleted contacts see me on line.

My Uncle developed a rash on his torso and groin around Haloween of last year. After 5 doctors saw him in his insurance network they have refered him to an outside specialist, he has seen just about everyone but a Medicine Man. It is not any medication he is on, he has had his home fumigated and replaced everything in his bedroom ( the itching becomes unbearable at night), he didnt have a partner in the last year.

Told it was shingles but the RX only lessened the severity before it came back much worse, steroid cream has not helped, we tried numerous natural remedies found on the web.

I am conerned because the rash is contained under his clothing, by looking at him fully dressed the last 6 months have taken a huge toll on his physical appearance and he is retreating into isolation for fear it could be spread to others. Lost alot of weight.

The itching he says feel like a bug moving?

I had an all in one HP machine that would not scan documents to my computer (image was hyrogliphics), but photos scanned without any problem. Now I am in the market for a document scanner (imaging machine far to expensive for home office), and every sales person is trying to sell me an all in one machine like I had about 2 years ago. Any suggestions or recomendations as to what scanner (dedicated use will be scanning) or if all in one machines work I should purchase?

My employee is accused of fraud, as is another Company and thier employee. The plantiffs attorney has a court ordered Lis Pendens filed against my employees home. The home used to be owned by the plantiff. I imagine her attorney is very confident he can win this case.
