PLEASE HELP! Please everyone I want to know your opinion on this situation..i have a check here for $2210.00 from Hot Yoga Nashville from a Avenue Bank in Nashville, and the sender on the envelope was a Tom Christopher out of Virginia, claims to be on the behalf of a Adams Knox? Is this a stolen check or legit? This Adams Knox wants me to use the money to furnish his home with household supplies yet I still have not gotten a key to his house at this point. Now I have called the bank itself and had a check cashing place check on the check to see if its real and to my understanding it is a good check. However I'm in Grand Prairie TEXAS and am wondering why this is the name on the check if it comes from this Adams Knox. I dont want to cash this check if this guy is stealing these funds from the Hot Yoga Nashville company. Because I dont want to have to pay it back because I dont have money like that. I dont need this money bad enough to steal it from from anyone if this is a stolen check. and Hot Yoga Nashville is never answering any of their phones or returning my calls. How ever the bank says the funds are there and so did the check cashing place. But this is handled by 3 different people H Y N, Tom Christopher and Adams Knox. I really in my gut do not feel its a scam but my daughter does I just want to know everyone opinion on this matter before I try going to deposit this check into my own personal account.

I stopped hanging around her because she got gastric by pass surgery to loose weight and now she calls ME fat and makes fun of me. Then when wed go out I did get drunk 1 time because I felt safe with her and the people we were partying with. The next day she texted me a video of my throwing up by the side of the road and thought it was funny. After she did that I didnt go out with her for like 2 months now. Lastnight I went out with her because we havent seen each other for 2 months and she got drunk and started a fight with her husband and walked out on me so the people we went out with and her husband got up to go chase her and left ME sitting in the bar alone. I waited 10 minutes and went home and lucky I drove my truck or Id have had to walk home 30 miles away.

I dont know why she treats me so bad when I do all I can for her and her family.

I think I'm going to never talk to her again. She didnt even text or called me yet to say she is sorry for leaving me alone like that in a bar. When we would have arguments or fights before she never once admitted she ever did anything wrong.It is always MY fault because I get mad at her and she thinks I should just forgive her and let her do it all over again every time I give her a chance to be with me in person.

Well I am sick of this crap and I love her dearly but I think it is time to move on and leave her out of my life if shes going to keep this up. I'm tired of the heart ache. What would you do?

My husband sold our lake house which we shared ownership with 3 other people. We took in $20,000.00 from this sale and we have been married happily for 21 yrs and have 2 grown kids. Now in the state of TEXAS the law says you have to be married for 10 yrs before you both get half of what is owned, so I have $10,000 that is in my husband's hands I can't get to. I feel like I am begging him for money because all our life together we have always kept our income to ourselves never asking each other for money or asking how much the other one has. But we have always helped each other out. Now grant it, I am a housewife all these years so he has done all the paying of the bills and kept us in a house all this time. So I figure if I don't ask him for money then his life is happy without having to worry about problems between us, up to this point anyhow. I don't have the nurve or the guts to bring the subject up or ask him for anything now, but I know as well as he is problably thinking about it too, that I GET HALF RIGHT? So tommorrow we will go down to the bank and cash this check. All I want is $3000.00 of it so I can take care of bills I have to pay and then have some for giving to my kids and my parents when they need real help. He can keep the rest of it to make his own life happy I feel. But if he doesn't talk to me about it by tonight or at least on the way to bank and offer me anything or ask me how much *I* want, then I am going to tell the person who goes to cash the check to deposit $3000.00 into MY checking account and I am going to do it right in front of my husband and I dare him to say one word to me sense we have had this check sinse last thursday. He has had all this time to talk to me about it and if it comes down to that far, then he won't be able to stop me because he is not on my own account.And he won't argue with me in front of the teller. And on the way home, I won't look at him or say a word. Because I feel he should offer me something like that, because everytime I get alot of money I have always given him $500.00 out of any kind of money I have ever made online or at my off line sales of things I sell on the craigslist. So What do you think I should do?

Does anyone know where I can buy or get the YAHOO! JOY STICK MOUSE? I have one already and would love more of them. It looks like a normal mouse only it has a joystick for scrolling instead of a wheel. The words YAHOO! are on it and it is grey in color. To my understanding they were made by YAHOO! and I would like to know where to get more of them. I have the box and instructions and the CD download that came with mine but I do not know where I got it from. Any help would be appreciated.

Why buy a wild bird expecting it to tame up? If you want a hand tamed bird BUY ONE but dont buy a wild bird because of pretty it is and expect it to tame up. 99% of the time it will never tame up, leaving you feeling frustrated and feeling helpless. Try and enjoy you bird by BIRD WATCHING. Taking pride in knowing you have the privaledge of careing for such wonderful birds. The less you mess with them the more they will like you and become less afraid of you when you change its food and water. And moving SLOW arounf your birds will help it trust you more too.

I heard it on the news that the CITY of Dallas is giving away FREE WINDOW UNIT AIRCONDITIONERS, but the stupid news channel never gave a location on WHERE TO GO TO GET ONE. Does anyone on earth know where to go to get one from the city of Dallas? I have done a search on it all and there is no information anywhere that I see to even go get one.
