from interest over the time frame and the amount that I am to receive was supposed to be 2500 but over the years it doubled in interest to 5000 to be paid over a period of 5 years. What I would like to know is am I taxed on all that money or just the interest. Also when I get my yearly check, can I withdraw some money (less than 2500) to pay some of my college loans without being taxed or how does this whole process work. Please help me understand this?I plan on opening an ira with some of the money but I also need some of the money to pay for bills that I have fallen behind on due to loss of work and student loans.

counseling with my daughters as they have just recentlmy have begun to distant themselves from me and she wont let me visit with them even though it says in our divorce agreement that I can visit with them every other weekend. I don't want to take them from her at all. I want my girls to be happy and spend time with both or their parents. I was advised to hire an ad litem but I heard that they do a lot of PI work and my best friend had made some mistakes as over 20 years ago he was arrested but has no crime aginst minors or sexual etc. Will this hurt me as I don't want to lose my best friend or my girls. Btw my girls are 16 and 14. Please help me out or let me know what I can do.. I haven't seen my girls in over a year and they live 3 blocks away and bf has been there to help me out when I was in financial trouble and depressed and he has given me a reason to fight. please someone give me some advice asap. Fill it and was denied by my insurance cuz they only cover 5,15,30. They needed a prior authorization and was denied again. Now I don't mind paying for the meds cuz they work very well but will I be able to get the same script from my doctor after her prior authorization was denied. The pharmacy said i can pay out of pockets but I want to know if the will still write the same script or does it not even matter cuz the insurance just said they won't pay for it that I have to

For 70 which is 2 weeks supply but on the bottle it sys to take every 8 hours. Now when I go back and they give me another script and I fill it will it be allowed as the bottle says every 8 hours but I'm told to take it 5 tines a day which equals to 3 pills a day . This will be a new prescription handwritten and the same pharmacy so will it be filled. Or will the doctor have to change the level of medicine etc. Please help me as I need it for chronic pain due to major accident

The nurse just had me place the cup down and wait in the other room. I assume they send it to a lab etc. Now I haven't signed a contract which is at my next appointment, but can they deny me now if it tests positive. I am on diazepam and hydrocodone which I told them but I did smoke a few hits on weed to help me sleep the week before and took a oxycodone that I had from my lumbar surgery months ago that I still had. I never saw what they did with my urine etc and am nervous because I am in a lot of pain. specifically does the blood test test for. I was told that my body is producing too much iron and only way to solve it is to donate blood to lower my iron til its normal level. I want to know what do they test for when they draw all that blood on the first time (4 vials)

Now I know that they do urine testing and I am fine with that but my concern is that previously I have smoked marijuana to help me with the pain and nausea from my spinal stenosis etc. Will I get denied from the beginning or will they give me a time table to get it out of my system before continuing. I don't plan on smoking anymore once I am admitted but am afraid I wont get a chance because of this. they asked all the meds that I was on. I listed everything that I currently was taking I had recently been on suboxone for 2 months weening off being prescribed norcos for 18 months and never abused them or ran out early. I had an mri and found out that I have a herniated disc as well as other issues and need surgery but when the RNP gave me a script my insurance sent them an email saying I was on suboxone which I had stopped and she put in my file that I have a history of drug abuse which is a lie. I never have had a problem or abused anything in my life. Is there anything I can do. Im going to see the real doctor tomorrow to explain it. Please help me out as this makes me feel like im a drug abuser or seeker

thus the reason that I am leaving her. I am never allowed to see a doctor even when I have an impacted nerve and arm is burning and dead. She lied in records but I have to let new doctor know MRI results etc. Can I get paper copies instead of releasing them electronically and bringing them. Or do I just never say I went to her. I am so pissed right now at them and wish I never went to them

She also gets too nosey asking why I see a psychiatrist etc and I am not comfortable with her. She is not even the doctor as she wont let me see him. Now I have an impacted nerve in my cervical spine and want to switch doctors but I don't want them to see those notes that she lied about. Can I get paper copies of records to bring to a new PCP or do I not tell them I even went to her. I only visited 3 times in a month for my issue. Please help me as I don't want my new doctor to see all of this. Even has notes of arguments etc. How can I switch to a new doctor without them accessing all this info

Now I did it for a couple days and then it turned white. The next day it turned black. What I want to know is should I still keep using the vinegar on it or will it fall off automatically. I don't want to pull it because I heard they can spread if you do and that you should let it fall off cuz the vinegar kills the wart n the root. by my dr. to return to work. I sent my HR dept the letter and they had me schedule a return to work physical. I attended that and the next day I received a call from HR and said that my boss wanted to speak to me about my scheduling. Now my boss and I don't see eye to eye for several reasons but they could never get me connected to him as he was never in his office. I have tried several times now to call him to talk and never get an answer or a call back like HR said he would. Now I work in MA and wanted to know if I could file for unemployment as I know you only have one week from losing your job to no fault of your own and my time is going by. I was cleared by dr., faxed HR return to work letter, took a physical to return and that's as far as I have gotten. It has been a week now and I feel like he is playing a game. Can I file for unemployment or what can I do? Please help me out?

I work in MASS btw. Please help as I have been out of work with no pay or anything for almost six months

The problem is that the ingrown part of the nail is not the typical at the top of the nail but it seems that its in the middle or at the base of the nail so its hard to get at. Does anyone have any helpful tips to help me get it out. I soak it regularly in Epsom salt and apply cream so it doesn't get infected and it doesn't have any puss or anything. Its just swollen and very sensitive to the touch. I am trying to avoid the dr. because last time they gave me shots in my toe which hurt ( I have a low tolerance for pain) and do not want to go thru that again unless its last resort. Please help me out with any helpful hints on how to make it easier to get at myself. Thank you
