I have been selling sand to this guy from my property for the past 4 years and i let him keep his loader on my property. He passed away last november and his estranged family has already been in town to take care of his affairs. A ex-friend of mine weaseled most the guys equipment from the family cuz they did not want to deal with it. its been 7 months since the guys passing and i haven't heard anything pertaining to this large piece of equipment be for he passed he owed me $500 in which i have chosen to forget about. I want the loader off my property . Can i legally sell it cuz i consider it abandoned

I have one non-violent felony on my record I would like to get expunged. Michigan law says that you can not have no more that one conviction in order to get a record expunged. I have one DUI and one impaired driving the rest are minor traffic offense's like no seat belt ,driving on suspended, expired tags, no insurance.and so forth. I was to understand that as long as I got one felony and not two felonies I can get it expunged. what are my chances of getting my felony expunged.
