I have a report on work environment trends and i am confused, what is the difference between "telecommuting" and "hoteling"?

i forgot the title, character names and author of this manga and i only remember a few plot so if anyone knows the title please help ok?

so there are 4 main characters 2 ukes and 2 semes.. the 2 ukes are like in a relationship the first uke is a typical one.. pretty quiet and fragile while the second one was boyish and and into sport... the 2 semes are senpais the first one was the dorm leader(?) who targets the first uke and the second seme is a sports club captain(?) who targets the second uke.. but they kinda like changed partners in the middle of the story...and they had very smexy scenes....

waaahhhh that's all i remember from the manga so if it rings a bell please please tell me i wanna read it again.. TT___TT
