I was diagnosed with gout 5 years ago. I'm loosing weight and eating healthy. Will it go away?

I'm 26 years old, 5.3ft height. I use to weight 276lbs and I've lost 44lbs. My goal weight is 180, but I'm afraid of all the excess skin that will be left. What can I do to start re-affirming? I work out 3-4 days a week for 60-80 minutes, all I'm doing at this time is cardio. I eat as healthy as possible, I try to stick to good fats. Please help
