  • Identity Theft?

    I have a friend who tried to open an account with paypal, but she was unable to do so because she has been suspended from them in the past for not paying. So she opened an account using her 10 year old daughter's name and information, I told her this was identity theft and she should close the account. She think it is ok because they will never find out, I think this is very wrong and iresponsible. Why ruin a poor child's credit.

    So my question is.

    Would this be considered theft and could she be setitng her self up to do some time in prison if caught?

  • I just filed a protection order against my ex. do i have to give him visitation before the court date?

    we share joint and legal custody, I have my daughter right now and had to file order of protection our court date for this is 3 weeks away. Can i keep her until then if i fear for her also
