What I mean is, should I include the line: "<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>" at the very top of my web pages? Some pages are XHTML 1.0 compliant and some are valid for XHTML 1.1. Has anyone had a problem with or without this XML declaration line? Some examples I see ( http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/#C_9 ) say to add the line if you can't set Content-Type on the webserver but some othere templates (like here: http://www.webstandards.org/learn/reference/templa... ) don't use it.

In otherwords, what model and speed of Intel or AMD processor has the best "bang for the buck" (price / performance sweet spot). I'm looking to build a desktop computer or buy a barebones computer on a limited budget (ideally less than $100 for the processor - or you can suggest a more expensive one if the performance is worth it). The only requirement is that it supports SSE3 instructions.

I don't mean an ETF or index (like ^XAU) unless it closely tracks the price per oz so that the current ticker value is between $600 and $700 (whatever gold is trading at now).

The symbol should work at Yahoo Finance or Reuters.

The domain names I have aren't that popular so I don't expect high 3-figures. Is selling through a reseller or auction site the best, or can selling it on my own work given the limited value of the domains?

I'm starting my web site on the side and don't have a big budget so expensive media/advertising campaigns are not a possibility.

If fundamentally, nothing has changed with a company is it a good idea? If yes, how much percent change in price or what other metric do you use as a guideline... and increase the position by how much? Jim Cramer recommends taking quarter positions at a time (or even 50% when a stock has really pulled back)
