wife caught with 7 darvect no script,under 1.5 grams cannabis,shoplifting under 100 $, she has no drug priors,one prior for theft with 2 years probation completed ,she has a drug problem and finnally is seeking help ,would like to know possible out come of charges filed against her in illinios

my friend worked at a gas station she had a customer come in and pay with a check 40$ for 20$ worth of merchandise before she could return change customer left the store ,she put the extra 20 in her pocket waiting for the customer to return, customer did not return ,to make the story short customer calls the cops ,got video of Friend putting 20 in pocket from store owner and now she is being charged with theft over 300 $ and forgery ,she did not sign anything but did enter check in check system electronic check system please help ,what are possible out comes ,i bond?,she has no priors,also store does not keep copy of checks .is this considered forgery

i took a hard ship with drawal from my 401 k to purchase a new home in december when i had my taxes done the agent told me i still had to pay a penalty for the withdrawal,that if i had took the with drawal from a ira i would not have to a pay penatly this reduced my refund two thousand dollers, the agent goofed up twice and did my taxes for 1/2 price but i still think they are wrong ?

my wife was able to work and had a doctors note stating this,she called in to work 1 night and the next day was removed from company schedule and was not notified,she was informed by fellow employees,she was willing and able to perform her duties,she was also told by her employer not to come back to work till after she has the baby,and that she will be assigned to a lower position in the comapny,what is she entitled to and what rights does she have in the usa. anybody know of similar cases,
