As above.... What do we do next? My brother's lawyer, when he told her about the issue, told him to let it go. It is my brother's soon to be ex-wife who left their oldest child at home alone because he was ill, and we have no idea why. When my brother finally got to have temporary custody, this past Tuesday, the 7 yr old told my brother, his dad, about this situation. She moved out in early January and has filed 3 false restraining orders against him. She did not show up to defend the first restraining order, and when she showed up to court for the second one, she lied about my brother slashing her tires so she could get yet another restraining order against him, but he was at work at the time.
