  • Are my piercings infected or just irritated?

    I recently got four piercings. Recently, as in five days ago. I got my traguses, and an antihelix orbital. The traguses hurt more during the piercing process, but I can't even feel them now. The orbital didn't hurt at all going in, but now it throbs and the slightest touch brings excruciating pain. This makes cleaning 2-3 times a day quite dreadful.

    This is my first experience with non-lobe piercings. I understand that there is less skin and nerve in the tragus than in the thinner cartilage, but should my orbital hurt so much? Perhaps it is infected? I do not sleep on it. I use GermX on my hands and H2Ocean to clean it 3 times a day. Is this pain normal? It's unbearable, almost to the point of me removing it and wasting 50$.

    Perhaps I should return to my piercer and ask? Any suggestions would be awesome.Thanks.
