ok, not too many details here.

met this guy at work. we both started at entry level positions, we met in a training class. after getting to know each other a tad, exchanged phone numbers, he asked me if i wanted to go out of town with him (nothing romantic, he and a few friends made a weekend trip, someone pulled out and they needed a replacement). i, who hadnt been out of town for a while jumped for the opportunity.

while out of town, we went to the club, had a few drinks, had sex. came back to work, that monday, and i thought that would have been all, but we have been continuing on a sex with benefits type of relationship. he told me that he would like to see where this could go, and stated that we are "talking"

ok so now, flash forward three months, he has been promoted to management, and he tells me that he likes me but he is just taking his time in moving our relationship forward. we also havent been out on a date in 3 months, we both have busy schedules, and when i ask about a date, he keeps promising me that it will happen soon, that he is just super busy with the promotion.

should i move on... i dont have time to waste here? what you guys think?

I havent asked a question on this page in a really long time. But here goes, I am 22 years old. Senior college student graduating in May and I actually already have a job lined up for me that will require me to move hours away. I currently work in a call center while in school and I have met a cool guy there, against my better judgement, we started hanging out. I stated that I wouldnt take him up on his advances, but eventually gave in.

There is always constant drama when you are intimate with someone who you work with. We constantly battle with that ( we are both flirts, so jealousy is constantly and issue), but thats not the problem. Recently, someone at the office came to me and stated that they saw a woman drop him off at work and give him a kiss and stated that he was her boyfriend. When I confronted him, he stated that the kiss never happened, that its his ex, and they are not together, she only said that because she wants to get back together. He then proceeded to say that he wasnt wanting to jump back into a relationship right now.

I know the red flags, so I was going to drop him and keep it moving, but he insisted that he feels a connection with me. That he doesnt want me out of his life, and that although he isnt ready for a relationship, he will be.....

question is, I dont know what to do, I really like this guy, but I dont have time for games and I dont want to be hurt....What should I do?

Ok...im a 19 year old college junior at Hampton University. Im majoring in Bus. Management, I have a wonderful internship as a management trainee at Enterprise this summer. I like to say that I am a easy going, smart, independent and very easy to work with young woman. However, I feel like that everything in my relationship life has always went wrong. I have never had a real, long term boyfriend. I have talked to several dudes, i think that it is going somewhere....and then realize that they never really want anything more or it falls apart( unfortunately this is also how i lost my virginity). I think that I am attractive, I have been told this...but yet still alone. I would like to know is there anything that you guys can tell me that I am clearly doing wrong and is there anything i can do to meet more people or work towards that relationship that I am seeking.

ok so basically i used to work part time during my senior year in high school at the local kmart. just something to have some extra cash and gas money in my pockets without asking my parents. anyhow...there was a guy who worked there too. turns out we were the same age, just went to different schools. we talked alot, we both laughed at each other's jokes, he is a real cool dude. when september came, i went off to school and left there while he continued to work there...we kept in touch off and on for a year...now at the end of my freshman year of college, i texted him just to check in. i now work at JC Penney while I am in college, and he works a local job and he travels because he is an aspiring producer.

we have went out to eat twice in the past week, the first time it was him, me and my friend....we all paid our own way. we also met at the waffle house which i paid my own way.

we always hug when we leave each other and make plans for the next time.

is he feeling me or does he just want to be friends?

Ok.. I have a best friend and we usually go out to clubs, parties, idk...everything together. whenever you see one of us, you automatically see the other one. now when we go out in public, my friend has a large butt and she gets the attention of guys....all the time. this is not just a once a week thing, this is like several times, a day every time that we go out together.

it doesn't help that she wears all of her clothing unnecessarily tight which draws more attention to her shapely curves.

I am not flat either...i have nice assets..but i just choose not to wear my clothing so tight and revealing that she often gets more of the attention.

Its getting to the point that i dont really like going places with her, because i know I will always be in the shadow....

Am I right to feel this way? Is this jealousy? What should I do?

I know people say you meet people all over the place, but i want to know where did yall meet your current bfs and gfs? maybe i can go and search those places....

I am a rising sophomore at Hampton University. When i was in high school it seems like myspace was just a cool website where I could talk to my friends. Now, that i have graduated..I spend most of my time talking to my friends on face book. When i do come back to myspace, there is always dudes sending me messages trying to go out with me or get my phone number. this has happened a couple of times. most times i ignore these guys.

one particular occasion during first semester, i actually exchanged phone numbers with one of these myspace dudes and we met in person. He looked nothing like his pictures, we had nothing in common, and i dreaded the entire night.

Then he called me on my phone and harassed me for weeks after i said i didn't want to go with him anymore. i was just glad he didn't know where my dorm was!

my question is, how many of you have had successful myspace hookups because i am talking to a new guy, but i am still scared to meet him!

Ok...I attend a historically black college in Virginia. I am a freshman this year so I am experiencing many first time experiences. I have only been in college for a month and already I have experienced my first drink, my first major test, and have been to nearly a dozen parties. Don't worry...Im still keeping all of my grades up and currently have an A in all of my classes...my question is about these parties that I am going to.

At these parties...boys expect you to dance with them....there is nothing wrong with that....now...at home i was never allowed to go out so the entire party scene was new to me....so i tried to dance...to fit in with my other girl friends

at these parties...you are supposed to basically dance on the boys and it really looks like sex with your clothes on ...my question is should i dance in this way or not? and what's your personal opinion on sexual dancing? (the last boy that i danced with at a party made me feel really uncomfortable like he was basically humping on the dance floor...should i suck it up and just go with it or stick to my convictions and not dance?) let me know please !!!!

I have a part time job that I have been working after school during my senior year of high school and now during the summer before my freshman year of college. I love my job because of all the great people that I work with and I k now I will m iss it once I resign in September.There is one particular guy that I have been talking to. He is really nice, we have so much in common, he's really funny, I don't know...I'm just into him.The days that we work together, the time just seems to fly by. He offered that we should hang out after work once, direct quote: "I need to fit you in my schedule so we can do something". Alright. Basically, I'm seventeen years old and I work part time at Super K-Mart. I have been working here for a year after school to make extra money, and I am now working the summer to make some cash before I go off to college. Should I try to have a relationship with someone when I am not in their personal group of friends. The only connection that I have with this guy is that we work together, but we don't go to the same college and I practically know nothing about his personal life.
