a soldier's dolphin

My soldier and I are wanting to get married, but are having trouble finding the names/codes of the forms he was told he needed to get and fill out. Can anyone help me with that? Or at least point me somewhere that I can find that information?

He would ask at the base he's stationed but he's between platoons right now. His old one has been moved to another state and he is basically just sitting it out and waiting till he gets transferred to Germany to meet up with his new one.

We have been trying to gather the information we need for a little over a month now and this is mainly the last thing we have yet to be able to figure out/find.

Can anyone help please?

I've noticed that when the evening sky has at least a touch of clouds across it, the sunsets seem to be more colorful. Any one know the reason why? Looking for honest facts here. I've just always been a little curious about that. :)

I am wanting to earn my degree in html coding and web design and have found the school of my choice, but since this is an on-line school I don't qualify for pell grants or most of the scholarships I was able to find. I am only needing help with getting the money needed to replace my computer as the one I have is too old and outdated to handle any systems past 98se and the on-line school has programs that require XP.

The computer that I found only costs around $500 to $600 dollars, but that's my whole paycheck right there so I can't afford it.

Can any of you give me websites, numbers, programs, organizations, or anything else that I can contact for help?

I have to go through an on-line school for my education and degree because of many reasons. One being I am expecting to be moving pretty soon as I'll be marrying a soldier if all goes well with his current assignment orders. On-line schooling allows me to continue school from any location.

I am currently renting my own apartment through a private section 8 program that I was signed up for due to my fixed income. I also have been told that my name has come to the top of the state section 8 list so I can now look into getting a different place that might be more affordable.

My problem is that I am not sure how to handle all this or what I need to do with it all, as the man I am promised to (promised to for marriage) is a soldier in the U.S. Army and is being sent to Germany soon.

As of the current moment we are not sure if I'll be able to join him or not. It depends on where he's sent and what his duties become. And if I do get to, it will be atleast a few months. (He'll be stationed over there for 3 years).

What I am not sure of is this...

If I go ahead and apply for a new place to rent, or if I sign the new lease where I am at... what happens if I need to move due to the situation with my soldier? (each lease is for 1 year)
