  • Mis Fire, 2000 VW Jetta 2.0L?

I am about to pull my Hair out with this thing, any help would be appreciated!

The car came in with 11 codes and would hardly move, was miss firing badly. Codes: p0300, p0301, p0304, 4 codes for all 4 injectors shorted to ground, 2 codes for the LDP shorted to ground and the purge solenoid, 2 knock sensor codes (bank 1 and 2). I found a tsb that addressed most of the short to ground codes, VW has an updated fuel pump relay which also controls the grounds to the solenoids and injectors? Replaced the relay and no codes returned except the p0300, p0301, and p0304. Checked injector pulse and fuel pressure---> Good. Checked spark and found no spark on the #1 or #4 cylinders. Ordered a new coil, put it in and now misfires are on Cly # 2 and #3........here is the kicker, didn't clear the codes, put the old coil back in, didn't start the car and the codes are back for miss fires on Cly 1 and 4. The MAF reads 2.98 at idle, 7.98 and 2500rpm no load, and 45.71 WOT 45 MPH. I know these reading are low and can cause some drivablitly issues but it doesn't explain the no spark on either the 1/4 or 2/3 side of the coil pack depending on what coil i have in there. ( the coil pack is 2 coils molded together so if one coil is bad you have to replace both of them). Could I be so lucky to have a car with 3 problems? the relay, the new coil being bad, and the MAF? I am a young gun and do not have a lot of experience with these cars, sorry if I asked anything stupid. Thanks for your help.
