Hi, I just received my permanent resident card (green card) which is valid for 2 years. I will be traveling international this week and wanted to know that on my return to the states do i just show my passport and green card or is there anything else i need to present to the passport check officer? I will appreciate all your help. My trip duration is 4 weeks so i don't need to get a reentry permit. Thank you.

I have 5 days off from work and I would really like to spend it seeing america either by bus or train. The question is which one should i choose. I will be traveling from Salt Lake in Utah to Miami, Florida.

Greyhound's journey takes 2 days and 12 hours and stops in a total of 11 states including Utah and Florida. This way I get to see a lot. Option 2 is Amtrak which takes 3 days and 3 hours to reach Miami and has change of trains in Chicago and DC. My question is that does the train stop in various stations just as the bus for meals and rest stops? Amtrak is $100 more expensive. I love photography and would love to see all the sights while traveling. Kindly give me your suggestions as to what I should do. I greatly appreciate all your time towards this. Thank you.

Hello,My Dell Inspiron 700M after 2 and half years has started giving me problems. Firstly, the audio refuses to work. i downloaded the drivers from thier online tech support it worked: 24 hours and it was out again re installed it 5 different times still does not work. Secondly, the battery only works with power and I need to keep hitting F1 when I start. Kindly suggest what I need to know.

Hello Everyone, I entered the country last year on an L1B with company A, I am vacationing since the last 3 months and would like to change jobs. Company B is willing to file H1 for me, do I have to wait for the quota to open in April or can they file right away. Company A has no problem on holding on to my papers till my new employer files my papers. My I94 expires in 2010.
