What I can use to scent a candle at home other than fragrance oils? Any ideas and suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

When making candles at home - could Glade Plug-ins Scented oil be used as a substitute for essential oils (when you don't have one handy)?

Here's the thing - When I click on the Internet Explorer icon - the window opens fine.

But if I right click on some link and try opening a page in a new window - the page does not open in a normal manner. It displays a small title bar on the top left hand corner of the screen and I have to click on the maximize button each time to see the page.
