Adios

I have an 18 month old boxer. When we're home there aren't any problems, but lately she's been relieving herself in the house after we leave, even though she's had plenty of time outside to take care of business.

Example: Yesterday morning I left the house at 6:15am to go to the gym. My wife let the dog out more than once while she was getting ready for work. My wife left the house around 7:40am and I returned home at around 7:50am. I walked in the house and the dog had made quite a mess in the hallway.

Is this separation anxiety? It's almost as though she's angry that we've left her home alone.

I've told the collection attorney that the person they want to speak to has not resided in my home since 2004, yet they continue to call me. This past Saturday they called at 8:30am waking up my daughter who works late night shifts. I've informed them on multiple occasions that the person they wish to speak to does not reside with me and to please stop calling. Does this constitute harassment under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act?
