shot a small 8 point,dressed 160 at the butcher shop, no hide , head or legs from the elblows down, most of the fat trimed of the outside,shot in the head no meat waste.ended up with 63 pounds of meat, is this normal to have 100 pounds of waste?

she keeps licking it and nibbling on it and has herself raw and sore, is there anything i can put on it to soothe her and stop her from licking?

been through all my gun stores here in canada, they do not seem to be able to find a bolt for my c.i.l model 121,22 cal single shot rifle, made by anshultz in germany, if you have a handle on this part please let me know ,thanks

how many of you archers that shoot everyday find that your first shot of your set is usually the best shot of the set? i shoot a 10 arrow set at 40 yards, the first is allways a bull then i start to spread out, usually i can encompass all my arrows with 2 hands.and i will have at least 5 in the 2 inch bull.

was deer hunting in northern ontario canada, was 30 yards from beagle when she came by me on the trail of a deer (seen the tracks in the snow) she is 4 months old and a good hunter, anyway she was running when suddenly she skided to a stop with her whole body flatened to the ground about 2 feet to the right of the deer track, she laid that way for maybe 20 seconds then she lifted her head straight up and started to run in roughly a 40 foot circle, when she hit the track she came in on she back tracked on it out of sight, her owner said she came back to him and wouldn't run anything for the rest of the day, the next day she was fine and ran deer for us all day, seemed darned strange to us , whats your take on this situation?

Hi there, in my gun junk i found a shell, it is 1 inch long over all, has a brass base with no rim, has a small pin sticking out of the side at the bottom ,it is 3/8ths of an inch wide and the case is 9/16 high, it has 9 ELEY on the bottom. anyone know what type of gun fires this round?

i used to load tousands of 12 ga. for trap and skeet but that was 20 years ago and i don't reload any more when reloading or buying factory made shells do they use a plastic cup wad like i used in the lead shot i was making?

i had a box of gun parts given to me, there is a bakelite pistol grip that has a z inside a c, cutting the top part of the c there is a v, does anyone know the manufacturer, it looks like it is from an auto loader.and if anyone wants it, email me ,and i'll mail it to you.

if you could think of a good reason to trace the outline of your 357 magnum hand gun,(cocked at that) would it not enter your head to take the shells out first, ?

i;ve never seen this before it was on a sand bush road in mid ontario,it had rained the night before and theywere fresh, if you hook your two pointer fingers and touch the tips together ,holding the half hoop you see out to about 3 inches on the inside,the track and toe marks looked like what you see,only there were 5 toe serations, the tracks were 3/4 inch deep at the point, angeling up to mid print about 2 and a half inches long , the steps were in a near straight line at about 3 feet apart. they came out at the edge of a swamp hole 40 yards down the road then back in at the othere edge, if you know this track let me know , thanks
