  • Can't run Regedit (Registory Editor)?

    I have Windows XP. Whenever i try to run regedit or cmd the system gives the message that Administrator has disabled registry editor and then the system shuts down. Although i run regedit or cmd while logging on as Administrator. What could be the reason? i scanned the system for virus with AVG but no virus was found. Even no policy has been defined.

  • Why does Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Service of Windows NT stops of its own when i connect to Internet?

    I have Windows NT Server 4.0 Terminal Edition. When i connect to internet the RPC service stops thus resulting in disbale of copy paste function and also in Internet Explorer hyperlinks does not work. But when manually RPC service is started everything works fine but only for some time and after some time again it stops. Can any one help to give the solution.
