I am trying to assist a spouse of an Air Force retiree in the Philippines. Her military ID card will expire soon. She went to the U.S. embassy in Manila and talked to the office that takes care of ID cards. She was told that she has to have a DD1172 signed by the sponsor. Problem she does not know his location been more then 10 years since last talked to him. All she needs it for is medical only. There should be a way that the military will try to contact him and have the form signed or they the military will sign and authorized the renewal of the card. She has medical problems that has to be addressed she needs the medical. Right now her card is good until Sept. Question who can we write to or call for assistance

I have an Asian built in the Philippines (still there) 1996 Mitsubishi Galant with a V6 DOHC engine 24 valve 3.0 Liter engine 6A72 auto transmission its losing coolant Thermostat working and changed. No coolant in oil, transmission fluid ok, pressure cap been changed holds pressure. Have not noticed any vapor coming out of exhaust. Coolant bubbles when I rev engine (radiator cap off) I suspect head gasket any ideas. If exhaust in cooling system anyway to find out what bank is causing problem? If head gasket what is part number? Can buy in Philippines, expensive. I am in states anyone know what one I could buy here to take to PI? It looks like it could be SKU #A8100 88897. I emailed Mitsubishi Philippines no answer.
