Which has less of an environmental impact - a plastic milk jug or a wax-covered paper carton?

I took 1 round of clomid (50 mg) a month ago and had to stop because of the severe side effects I experienced. Now a month later I'm still experiencing the side effects (but they aren't as strong).

Anyone know how long I can expect to experience the side effects? Will this gradually diminish over another month or so it will it take 6 or more months?

Which should I use to allow the MOST people to watch a DVD recording of my wedding?

My DVD burner will burn DVD-R, DVD+R and DVD+R/W.

But I'm kind of picky. I'm looking for something that talks about the changes among people within the UK. . . something like "in XX BC this group moved into this part of the UK and brought this with them." (I *think* that's a more anthropological history.) Here's the tricky bit. . .I want the historical perspective to cover several centuries! I've only been able to find books about a specific time period.
