I have tracking numbers & done an inquiry with USPS. It shows that the package was processed and has left the Kansas City facility on Jan 9th, 2007, which is almost a month ago... What is the best way to resolve this issue with my buyer? I can tell by the tracking on this package that he is being honest when he tells me he has not received the package. Can I have the buyer report the item not received. With the PayPal Payment it shows that I am eligible for seller protection. Will I need to refund the money to the buyer or urge the buyer to file a claim for item not received and let the buyer/seller protection take affect? Let me know if you have ever used the Seller Protection Policy on PayPal and if it worked for you. Thanks...

What would be the best place to buy items? I would like to buy & sell American made items if possible.

I filed a claim for a purchase that I made and that never was received and haven't seen an adjustment on my credit card or money back of any kind. Just was wondering if anyone else ever had any problems with this?
