  • Getting ready to Trademark my company name. Any tips?

    I've gone to www.uspto.gov and searched. My name is available. I've had a description added to the ID Manual. But when I look at competitors, it appears they were rejected many times over months or years before given their trademark. How do I increase my chance of success in the beginning?

  • Why does it take 5 hours to fly from NY to the West Coast?

    If they are separated by 3 hours (time zones), why couldn't I get in a plane that flies straight up, wait for 3 hours, and then land as the West coast approaches below me?
