I am set to buy a rifle. Its my first one. I hunt often, but borrow a gun, and its time to have one of my own. I ready to buy a winchester 70, and want a great deal. I have been looking online, because local gun store's suck here ( 2 in in the area). You have to have licenced FFL dealer to ship to, and they charge $50-75 and 10% on the gun sale. Is there a cheaper way to go? Is there abtter way to go?
Any savings I get online is gone to the crapper with taht deal.
