then outta no where i feel something hit my car. i look to my right and i see a kmart shopping cart had hit me. then i continue looking and it hits a parked minivan then it goes into sidewalk and tip over. i make my left turn but stop right in front of walgreens (it has the words my hse on top of it) i get out my car and i see this http://i244.photobucket.com/albums/gg4/babykillar/... i started crying my head off coz my car my baby. i immediately went to kmart and talked to an assistant manager. the next day he says they not liable. i wanted to curse him out but i didn't. i would understand if i was on their property but it was a city street. and that was the 1st time i went to kmart in about a year and my last time is after i sue them. i'm pretty sure i'm gona win. i'm only asking is coz it cost $160+ to sue them. to fix my car it's about $1k

i hav a '07 ninja 250. it became crashed after drunk guy jumped in front of me, couldnt avoid. the dealer said was gona b abt 4k 2 fix it, so a total loss bt i miss my bike n i wana fix it, bt dnt wer 1 start.

the following damaged:

right brake lever broken

left kick stand n footpeg bend

gas tank dented

left muffler dented

left rear panel scratched up

left front panel fallin off

right mirror broken off

left turnin light broken

headlight broken

...da lever 2 change gears bend

i just got a speeding ticket and wanted to know should i just get the conviction on my driving record or is that going to drive up my insurance. i'm also broke ticket is$75w/conviction. to not get a conviction i have 2 pay $105 drving school included. for both i have 2 plead guilty. also just got my driver's license exactly 5 months ago...tanx
