Last night I injured my left shoulderblade area in Kickboxing class. I am seeing a chiropractor who is also a student at the dojo that my sensei referred me to. I never been to a chiropractor before but I wanted to know how much they charge. I do have health insure that I signed up for, through my employer, but I don't know if its covered. So let's say without insurance how much do u think my 1st visit will be.

Do you all remember that movie Never Been Kissed with Drew Barrymore where her English Teacher likes her. I'm in a similar situation but with my martial arts instructor. He TOTALLY acts the same way around me as the teacher in the movie. Except that my instructor puts his arm around me sometimes, or hands on my shoulder, he's massaged my calf when I pulled a muscle there, he gives me little nicknames, compliments me, picks on me and teases me in a good way, he seems to be overly concerned when I get injured. At first I thought this was typical Sensei/Mentor behavior but I'm not so sure anymore. It's at the point where the fact that I like him adn he doesn't know has been eating me up inside...and I need to let him know...how do I do it without it turning into something awkward.

I just started this new job at the nursing department at a university. I help one of the professors coordinate this scholarship program I'll call "A". All the nice coworkers are starting to annoy me. If it isn't them transfering calls to me that they are supposed to handle but they keep thinking it's calls for me. 2) They keep giving me documents/paperwork to scholarship program "B" that my supervisor deals with but I don't since I only help her with "A" and I tell them that and they still give me the documents. and 3) One coworker in particular, although nice and helpful, always tries to push advice on me (that I don't need or want, just cause I'm new and when she does she talks for a long time...how do I get them to stop bugging me without making them into enemies.

I like this guy at my work. I'm leaving in three days, and he knows this. I also was entirely positive he was interested back as well based on how he was around me. Like I said he knows this is my last week here seeing as I told him and he also asked me again last friday when my last week was. He was always so talkative and cheery and I was going to give him my number but now he's not the same anymore.

Yesterday all he did was say hi and that's it. Today I got him talking but all he did was answer what I asked him and then left.

I don't know what to do anymore. I was so sure he was interested but now he doesn't act the same. What do I do?

There's a guy at my work (this is my last week) that I'm pretty sure is interested in me. I never used to see him pass by when he goes to lunch, he's either busy in his office all day or leaves through the back door to go to lunch. But ever since I started saying hi to him about 3 weeks ago he'll pass by every day and say hi or mumble something. I sometimes joke about him going to lunch early and last week he asked me when I go to lunch (i told him 2pm) and coincidentally the next day he passed by as he went to lunch and it was 2pm when he usually goes around 1/1:30pm.

I also told him right after he asked me when I go to lunch last week, that next week (which is this week) is my last week here. He asked why...and so I told him...so then he asked me again last friday when my last day was again and I told him the 19th of May.

Then today I was all alone and he passed by and just said hi or mumbled something like he does sometimes but he didn't stop for a chat like he usually he

Someone i'm interested in (he's dutch I believe) has the word WAZIG on his car license plate. I looked it up online and it translated as vapourous, some dutch people have said it meant "Hazy" or "Blurry"...

And then one website said it was slang for being "stoned" or "high on drugs".

I want to know what it means because i'm not about to get involved with a guy who does drugs.

There's a guy at my work that i like and on his licenseplate it says WAZIG, and he's from the netherlands. I did a babelfish translation and it means "Vaporous" but on dutch websites it's used as a slang for something.

So what could it mean?

I like a coworker of mine at job I'm leaving in two weeks. Over the past few weeks we've said hi to one another whenever he passed by which has been rare over the past 6 weeks. But last week all last week he'd pass by everyday and we get into a maybe 3 minute conversation about whatever and he'd laugh or I'd laugh. And then I decided that abotu 2 weeks of this and it wouldn't be such a shock when I give him my # on my last day on the job but today when he passed by and I was about to start our daily conversation ritual...all he did was say hi and leave for lunch. I didn't even get the chance to ask him something that would get a convo going.

So why the change in attitude of all a sudden? I don't want to start feeling like I'm wasting my time again if he's not interested.

So what do i do?

I met a coworker of mine 6 weeks ago. We met (there's alot of employees btw) because he was looking for a dvd in the mail that he thought he was getting that day so since i deal with the mail sometimes he asked me if it arrives I let him know...anyway long story short I let him know i'd tell him when it arrived. Next day it did so I gave him a call and let him know it came. He said thanks and he came and got it about 10 minutes later on his way out to lunch...Since then over the next 4 weeks or so...i say hi when i can...sometimes he does sometimes no one does...but ever since monday (this week) I've been talking to him about whatever i could to get him talking...and now we talked for a few minutes every day since then and if i don't do the initiating he'll at least say hi...today i was talking to a client when he passed by and i said hi really quick and while i was talking to the client he was half way outside and thought i was talking to him so he came back in cause he thought i was

I'm new, started 5 weeks ago. There's this coworker from another department I always see in passing or if he hangs out in the lobby (where my office is) and I've noticed he's well liked. Everyone raves about him, I guess either for his humor or just charasmatic personality. Everytime I see him, he's in conversations with people laughing smiling and he's entirely respectful...letting women pass first, holding doors open, which he's done for me as well.

But as far as talking goes. He doesn't acknowledge me. I'll see him 20x a day and he doesn't even give me a "Hi" not even something about the weather! Once though in 5 weeks time he did crack a joke to me which was unexpected because like I said he never talks to me...but that was the only time. Coming out of the main department doorway and he was coming downstairs and he looked like he was gonna to go through the doorway too so I asked him if he was going in that direction cause if so I would held the door open instead of him

I like this guy and it's hard to even get a conversation going with him because he's either super busy or whenever I do say something to him whether it's a hi or what not he always seems indifferent or not interested in responding or just doesn't care but then to everyone else he's like the nicest, funniest guy and everyone raves about him at work.

So what can I do? P.S. I'm a new employee and I started 5 weeks ago, though on one occassion he did start a convo with me an cracked a joke but since then or hell even before then he always seems indifferent...but like I said with everyone else he's so animated and hilarious...but when it comes to me...it's like I'm not worth paying attention to.

I want to ask this guy out but the problem is he's either super busy or everytime I try and talk to him he seems uncaring or indifferent but then everyone else in the company seems to love him either for his super nice personality or he's extremely funny...and i've seen him intereact with everyone and he's always charasmatic, nice, and hilarious...but when I say anything, whether it' s a hi or what not he's indifferent or standoffish...or at least that's what it seems like with me because the way he reacts to me versus other people is totally different.

So what can I do to get a rapport or any kind of communication with a guy who's either way too busy or treats me differently (at least that's how it seems).

I am new at my job (5 weeks) and I'm interested in getting to know a coworker and I know what your thinking. Bad Idea! But I'd like to try anyway. Problem is, he's like the only one who I see every day and never really says anything to me. Not even a hi. One day he caught me off guard and cracked a joke to me..something about someone being a bunny. I know he's outgoing and talktative and I know by converstations he's well liked for being either outgoing or humorous. Problem is like I said, for some reason he hasn't said anything to me. Last friday, he was hanging out by my office for some reason, maybe waiting for his coworkers so they could go to lunch, who knows...he was just weird that day hanging around my office or tapping the railing of the stairs right next to my office, or glancing into my office deliberately.

My problem like I said is I wanna get to know him but because he doesn't say anything or alot of days he's always on his way somewhere..so he seems unapproachable &

There's a guy at my work, he's single 36 no kids. He works alot...he could work anywhere from 8 to 5pm monday through friday or as late at 9:30pm or longer...I think he has some interest in me because i always see him glancing my way, hearing convos im in as he passes by or sometimes he'll deliberately glance in my office when he passes by. But i've been here 5 weeks and he's only said something to me once and he's an outgoing, talktative guy.

So I don't know what his deal is. I have three questions:

1) I think he's a work aholic though. Being one, do you think he ever gets lonely or longs for a companionship..cause he's 36 and single! Not gay though.

2) And why do you suspect if he's interested, why he doesn't talk to me or hasn't asked me out yet

and 3) if he's not intersted by chance, why do you think he doesn't talk to me when he talks to everyone else. I'm approachable.

There's i a coworker at my job who is single and I know he may be somewhat interested (I keep catching him looking at me) anyway...he's a work aholics sometimes he works 8 to 5 or even til 9:30pm sometimes later...I know he's single but do workaholics ever get lonely.

And if so why hasn't he asked me out or at least say something or hint.

I'm new at my work and there's this guy who for the first few weeks was the only person not to say hello or introduce themselves or even start a conversation with me. Then one day he made a joke to me about how another person reminded him of a bunny..then the following weeks he went back to not acknowledging me. He passes by about 10x a day and heck sometimes i'll look up and we'll make eyecontact everytime but never does he say anything.

Then last friday he hung around my desk I guess to wait to go to lunch with a few people but they all work upstairs on the 2nd floor but he waited down stairs right in front of my desk. Then when he comes back from lunch (by himself btw) he goes up the stairs that's next to my desk and starts tapping the railing right in front of my face tapping it loudly and I think he was looking at me the whole time (I'm not sure). So I took it as definite interest after all and was hoping I'd see him today so I can actually say hi or something to him today.

There' s a guy that likes me at work. I'm positive. Last friday, he kind of hung around my office area and looked like he was waiting for me to say something to me...and today...he's been in his office all day...for someone who likes me (I'm sure of it) he doesn't seem to be wanting to at least pass by me or see what I'm up to?

Why do people that liek you ignore you one day and then pass by you/hang around you constantly hoping you'd talk to them..? what's up with that.

A part of me thinks it's just coincidence and there's no attraction from his side.

So what do you all think and how can I tell the difference?

Dating isn't prohibited as long as you keep that "relationship" outside of work. But I have a coworker who is like the only person not to spoken to me whether a hi or a full conversation or jokes like everyone else has (im new - 1 month ago). This coworker maybe has said a joke to me once about someone in my department but that's it. He passes by my desk all the time and frankly I think it's the long way to the places he is more likely to go...there are shorter ways in the building...anyway he passes by all the time, everytime he passes by I'll look up to see who it is and I catch him looking and yeah I understand people glance but the way he has to turn makes it more than a just a glance. Today he came downstairs which is right next to the lobby desk where I was covering for someone else...and he started milling around in front of the lobby desk...taking some candy , sifting through the newspaper...just standing there. While I as acting like I was busying at the computer

So I find someone at my work attrative. He works for the engineering/IT/software part of my company. We virtually never see each other, unless we run into each other through the halls or if he passes by my office which he does occassionally to go to other departments, lunch, his car or etc. I"m relatively new so I don't know everyone there..and although my supervisor sent out a "Say hi and introduce yourself to the new employee" type of email this guy I find attractive is like one of the few people who never bothered to say anything to me or introduce himself yet he passes by my office/desk all the time. On one occassion, he made a joke saying that one of my coworkers reminds him of a bunny. But other than that...he's never really gave me the time of day. I don't know why. I could say something but I'm the new one here...why wouldn't he say something? Though today he started milling around the lobby desk when i was covering the receptionist for lunch and then he started

So what do male leo's like in a woman personality/characteristics wise...I'm not talking about looks. I need to make sure I emphasize certain traits about my personality if they attract them i.e. intelligence as an example. I understand that leo's + scorpios = a bad relationship but I want to give it a go anyway. SO my questions are:

1) I know they like being in the certain of attention and all that and cause of that they might like confident women because leo's are confident but how do you show that to them if they don't "notice you" or they are in your circle of people but jsut never say anything to you? So how can I show him that I'm confident as well if he never says anything to me and

2)What other personality/characteristics are male Leo's interested in...I need to draw him in some how...because like I said he's not saying anything to me in general...even if he's not interested he's not even talking to me even about the weather lol
