If my friend is 16 and just started talkin to guys as more than a friend last summer, do u think she should be telling guys that she had hasn't had her first kiss or do u think that might scare them away?

I like this guy Adrian an he used to like me but he never asked me out so eventually a started talkin to another guy troy and we went out but I still liked adrian.But then adrian went out with another girl cuzz he wasnt whating 4 me.So eventullay i left troy because he kept tyin to get me to do stuff i wasnt ready 4 and i still liked adrian.And i've been waiting 4 adrian to brake up with his girl but when he was going out with his girl he was still hitting on me ,So anyways he broke up with his girl ...and i want him but i think now he thinks he can get any girl on the planet and he dosen't need me should I just give up ????Or tell him how i feel ??
