Can three people sign for a mortgage together? It's a three family house and we all want to legally own a peice of it (So no one can be evicted)

The first part I remember took place outside, I stepped over a dead frog and walked over to the pond in my back yard. I saw a small turtle, I tried to catch it but it went into the water, when it came out on the other side of the pond it was enormous. Thats when I realized it wasnt a turtle at all but a much larger animal the someone had dressed up to look like a turtle. My mother and I took the costume off of it and it was a tiger. the other parts of the dream I remember are really vague that is the part that was most vivid. Any ideas what it means?

How do I train a puppy that came from a really bad household where he was never inside and has no idea that he cant do whatever he wants, he bites (not nips BITES), and is not housebroken, because he was never taught anything he gives no warnings as to when he is going to pee or poop he just does it while he is walking or playing?
