I just bougth a new laptop but nowadays most of them are designed for vista.

I tried installing Windows Xp, unfortunately just when it starts scanning the XP OS from DOS it just suddenly got an error. (the XP disc i use is in good condition)

Is there any other way i can install an XP from my Laptop? I just don't feel like using Vista because its complicated. pls help. thanks

I just entrusted my laptop to my son on his birthday, but attach to it is the internet.

Now i'm scared he might accidentally open RESTRICTED sites like pornograph,etc...

I've tried going to tools\options\restrictions, i feel it might work, but the problem is i need to type in each of these sites one by one, and it'll take me a lifetime searching all of them.

Is there another option for this? thanks for the help i really appreciate it.

...my mother board is Asus CGAEX or maybe T2-R because its really confusing when two models displayed when i only search for CGAEX,
