i need help interpreting these stat results. i have a f value of 8.00 with a p level of less than .01. i know its significant, but does this tell me if its a weak correlation? For instance, I know that an r value of less than .8 is considered weak - is there a similar rule for F values? thanks!

I'm looking to download/buy a video converter, not for DVDs, but so I can download pretty much any format of video - .avi being the most important - and convert it into iPod Video format. I'd be happy for any suggestions.

I'm looking for something easy to work with that makes the videos very nice looking - not low-quality, in other words.

I'm thinking of downloading the Xilisoft Converter [http://www.xilisoft.com/ipod-video-converter-mac.h... which looks pretty good - but seems to cut the very last half second off the video and quits the program. Not a big deal, but is there any other program you guys would recommend?

I'm making a website for my father's small business and I have a few questions about registering a domain name. I've built websites before, but never had my own domain name to work with and I'm a little confused.

My first question is where are the best - but also cheap - places to register a domain name? I am planning on using Yahoo's domain registration service, but if there's some place I'm missing that's better, please feel free to tell me!

My other, more important question is this: will there be advertisements of any kind on my domain name, if I register it on Yahoo? Let's say I register the domain name dadsbusiness.com and use basic HTML to upload a few web pages - will there be any popups or any ads on the site itself?

I've looked all over the Yahoo pages devoted to domain name registration and I can't find the answer to that ANYWHERE. Anyone who can tell me, straight-out, if Yahoo-registered domain names have ads on any of the webpages will not only get ten points, but will get all my appreciation!

The book is supposed to be based on the songs of the Manic Street Preachers [the Welsh band]. I'm a huge fan of the Manics and just ordered the book, but I'm curious if anyone knows anything about it. I tried to find some details, but the internet seems to be lacking much information beyond the basics. Has anyone read this book? Is it good? Worth the money [I hope so, as I'm an American fan and had to pay extra for shipping]? Interesting, as a Manics fan, to read?
