I am interested to know about the personal life of philosopher David Benatar, who in one essay entitled "Why it is Better Not to Come into Existence," claims that it is wrong to have children. I am wondering if he followed his own advice in his own life, or if he came to this conclusion after becoming a parent.

I am planning to study abroad for a semester next year in Russia. I am also a vegetarian and am quite anxious that I will have enough to eat. So, at Russian Universities, are there cafeterias? What are they like? Are there lots of options? Are there kitchens in the dorms? Thanks for any insight you might have.

I am very scared of spiders. I have never seen a psychologist about it, but I'm pretty sure I am legitimately arachnophobic, because I start hyperventilating if I so much as see a picture of a spider. Because of even the fear of pictures, I'm having a hard time doing spider research online to find out if there are tarantulas in St. Thomas. I'd like to know before I go there this summer.

I'm looking to stop using the iTunes program and switch over to Windows Media Player, but only if it will still be able to update my iPod.

I'm in love with Chai Tea Lattes available at many coffee shops, so I bought the Tazo concentrate from Starbucks. On the carton, it says to use it up within a week. Why is that? It still tastes fine afterwards, and I haven't died yet. Is Starbucks just trying to buy more of it or is there a legitimate reason?

I downloaded what is supposedly a Cure cover of Come On Eileen, but doubting the accuracy of it's label, I looked up on allmusic.com all the bands that have performed Come On Eileen. I can't find this version anywhere. So, does anyone know whether The Cure really did this?

I'm looking to buy a starter kit. I know next to nothing about what drum manufacturers are considered high quality. I found a Ludwig set at Guitar Center that I kind of like, but they didn't have it set up to try it out. Does anyone have any recommendations?
