For instance, why do they ask "How do I block junk mail?" but then go on to entirely fail to mention what email service they're using, what email client they're using, what platform they're on (Mac, PC, Linux, etc.), or anything else that might help a tech savvy person give them an answer?

Do they really think that everything works the same on every program and with every internet service and with every computer platform?

Or am I the only one Yahoo! Answers who doesn't have the clairvoyance to divine these details?

How would you feel if there was a very attractive, charming, intelligent girl you liked years and years ago, maybe in high school or college, but you always assumed she was out of your league entirely, and so you never had the nerve to ask her out or make a move on her at all, and it was bothering you for years that you just might have had a chance with her if you'd just worked up the nerve to really talk to her, and then, recently, found out that she was, in fact, a lesbian the whole time, and has never been attracted to or dated men, ever?

How would you feel about it?

I'm wondering if maybe enough people write in and say that the answering system is definitely broken, Yahoo will fix it. Obviously they don't know about it yet, and no-one is able to answer any questions at all, since none of the questions in the current unanswered queue are answered even once.
