  • gaming on a dual core.game shows negative processor speed?

    i play medal of honor online with a desktop dual core pentium D processor(3.0 GHz) but i lag, when i check my system requirements for the game it says my CPU is @-1296MHz.. all other tests show the cpu is running @ 3.0GHz..i have already re-installed the game and am at a loss here. also i have set affinity of all other processes, except system processes, to run on CPU 0, while the game runs on CPU 1..
