what can i do , i feel like life is overwhelming me , like i just can't take any more and can't stand whats going on now . ive cried , ive talked to god , i keep hanging on and i don't know what will help or where to turn .

ok and i have to see her cause my kids watch her son. i found out from a cell messege he got 1 night , so i read all his messeges and discovered that they had sex , they both have told me it was a mistake and decided that way before i found out about it. but now he says hes not gonna hate her nor treat her bad if he runs into her , she works near us . i have argued with her recently and i have a hard time seeing her cause im very hurt. he told me that sometimes she still does send text messeges to him and vice versa but its more to do with her son , like if my daughter doesnt respond to a text she sent her then she will text my hubby . ok i wanna know how do i deal with this , i mean at times i wanna demand he never talk to her , she told me shes not gonna stop talking to him just cause i tell her to.and he claims they talk about everything cause u know he doesnt hate her or nothing . so what should i do , it really is getting to me .
