Can you use it as an ingredient in food? Do you know any recipies with it in? Do you eat it raw or can you cook it as well? I know it has lots of medicinal uses but I wondered if you can just eat it as a fruit? I'm actually from Scotland writing an essay about it!

Not that I think I have - I just wondered if it is possible cos you often get seat cleaning gel in public toilets and I wondered if it's really nessessary? Should we worry about using public toilets?

I've got type 1 diabetes and pretty cronic thrush. I used to go to the dr but just got sick of going and being ok for a week or two and then getting it back again so I kinda stoped going. I tried cutting out bread from my diet and was shocked that it actually did help, but I still get it a lot. I've kinda got used to it now but I'm scared incase there could be long term effects - esp. cancer, do you know if that could happen?

What happened and when? And who was in power in Nepal at the time?

I've been on amitriptyline for 2 and a half years for headaches following a brain injury. I want to try to come off them but I'm scared to - does anyone know what kind of withdrawal symptoms I could get? I'm worried I'll get really bad headaches again and also because amitriptyline is also an antidepressent I'm worried I might get depressed - is that possible? My dr thinks I should come off it but wasn't too helpfull telling me about withdrawals etc..
