well, my bf and I have been together for 3 years, and he enjoys occasionally going out to bars to hang out with friends. We have only done this 2-3 times since we have been a couple. We are older me 37 him 38, but be hangout with much younger people ( 21-28yrs old). They all enjoy going out to clubs, and enjoying getting drunk and partying...well he went out with them while I was working the othernight, when it was time for me to get off..he asked me to join them..i said sure..i went home changed, put on make up etc.Got a call that they were heading to the local strip club...the girls wanted to go...I was like ok, not someplace i really want to go, but ill try...so i get there and he is inside, i called for 20 min, finally he picked up...told him i didnt know what to do, i didnt have money to get in, he paid for me, but didnt wait for me at the door...i walked in found him, and he walked away and spent time at the bar with his best friend adam (his wifes b.day). I was told to go sit with the girls, ..i couldnt do it, they were sitting in front of the stage watching the girl dance...they acted like they were having fun...I felt disgusted. After 30 min. they decided to go to a bar across the street..it was over crowded...I felt overwellmed, he on the other hand seemed right at home...in his younger days he was the life of the party i guess...I told him i wanted to leave, he said no he wanted me to hangout, but no one said hardly a word to me the whole evening...his friend adam did, but that was it. I felt so alone, and like a fifth wheel. I want to have fun, but this felt so uncomfortable to me, noone made me feel like I belonged. so is it me or was it them?

went to rent an apartment, the guy seems to be pressuring me into choosing a move in date, and said in order to hold it until the 21 of june i need to pay him the deposit and rent for the 21 until the end of the month, as well as money for a background check/ application fee. I have no problem paying an application fee, i was going to take that to them today, but when i got there they wanted to show me the specific unit i would be living in, I was like ok thats good, then he wanted me to choose a move in date, but they havent even completed my background check yet, this has me concerned..another couple was in the office when i was there and they turned them down because both of them had not had jobs for a 6 months just the female. Something doesnt sound right to me, im affraid if my background check doesnt comeback good ( it should though never been in trouble, and dont owe alot of bills) that they would keep the deposit ..which isnt alot but still $295 is $295 i need if i dont get the place.

our relationship is awesome, except there is no sex. we are both in our mid to late 30's. both have been divorced prior. We work at the same place, over lapping shifts, don't live together but are together most of the time. No kids are in the picture anymore ( he did have visits with his step children in the beginning). We hold hands, and kiss hello, good bye,and goodnight. It seems like I am the one putting all the effort forward. He acts emotionless unless i bring up the issues, that he says are not issues ( in his mind we are great) but i feel lonely. I don't want to beg him to touch me, and besides this aspect of the relationship we seem to be an awesome couple. but it has been over a year, and im going crazy wanting to be with him. I tried dieting, exercising, jus asking him if he wants to do stuff with me..he has turned down every offer of physical intimacy. I cant touch him without him flinching, or moving my hand away. we use to enjoy a lot of intimacy but now nothing. any ideas. and no he isn't gay, nor is he cheating..I am a blood hound at finding that type of thing. and he wants to be in the relationship, i have suggested we take a break and he says he doesn't want to do that because he loves me and cant imagine his world without me.

10 months ago I posted about my boyfriend almost cheating, since then a lot has happened. We are still a couple however it isn't the same..since then we have not been intimate. He wont allow me to touch him at all. He says we are fine, and that he loves me very much and that I am an awesome girlfriend. As far as I know he isn't cheating, when he isn't at work he is typically at home asleep or hanging out with me. We did live together but my therapist suggested I needed to give him some space so I moved out 7 months ago. Still nothing happened. He seems to be confused by his reaction as well. I ask if he wants to break up he says no..he says that I am causing us to have problems by trying to get him to open up and talk, or by even suggesting we be together sexually. I thought I had finally figured it all out about a month back..I have fertility issues and I really want to be a mom..it came to me that maybe all of this was related to that and that he had shut down over seeing me suffer each month when I wasn't..I posed this idea to him and he told me he believed I was right..so I said we can use protection for awhile..a month has gone by and still nothing, I brought it up again the other night I asked him to go to a Dr. because he could have health issues involving his vascular system (heart, cholesterol, high blood pressure, Diabetes etc) He refuses to go. I am desperate, I have never went this long with out feeling like the man I am with is attracted to me..but I feel down right ugly, useless..like I didn't belong in the relationship anymore..even though I love this man..I see a shell of a man left not the man I met and fell in love with! Advice would be greatly appreciated

I work for walmart, in a small town. most places are renting for 375 to 575 a month, plus utilities. found one place that was 350 including utilities but was told I dont make enough to qualify.I dont qualify for low income housing because I own a home someplace else (I am letting family live there while I attend school its about 60 miles away).I'm not being really picky either I just need a small place with a fridge and stove a bedroom and a bathroom. I get paid every two weeks and my check is typically less than 300 each week( after taxes and health insurance are taken out). Hrs get cut alot, and I do not qualify for food stamps they say I make to much money! Any ideas on how much I can logiacally afford would be helpful, because of school a second job is not an option.

my boyfriend was married to a woman who brought 2 small children into the relationship..the youngest child was very young when they became a couple..this child was raised as my boyfriends daughter. In Fall of 2009 His now ex-wife began a new relationship behind his back..leading to a divorce which became final in spring 2010. His ex-wife allowed him to have visitation two week days each week and every other weekend...suddenly in Aug. of last year she stopped these visits ( because we refused to feed the child leftovers from their home..they tasted spoiled!) In KY step parents have no legal rights, she has no contact with her birth-father..he was the only father she had ever known. Well this loss ( he has not seen nor talked to her since he left for work that awful day) sent him into a constant depression and it has not lifted in all that time. At his request I moved in back in September..but nothing has been the same since that Aug. day. I have asked him to please get help, I listen to him when he talks about stuff, I hold him when he Cries, and I try to give him time for himself. Not that Sex is the most important thing in the world, but that went from about everyday (him initiating) to once a month (me initiating)..he isn't cheating their is no time for that we work at the same place, and have similar hours..it is just his depression. He tells me he loves me, holds me, kisses me etc. I just don't know what to do..I have talked to him but he just doesn't get that I am hurting to. He is my best friend..we are both in mid /late thirties we are not kids. I have had two prior long term relationships, and he has had two long term relationships. I just am unsure as to how to help him..I feel so alone..yet he is sitting right across the room. we don't fight or argue we get along perfectly.

His ex-wife is not willing to talk to any of us..today was his "daughters" birthday a few weeks ago we asked if we could drop off gifts she said "no, that was unacceptable", we got the same answer at easter and christmas.

Also to the person who suggested the break...we are actually planning on me moving out temporarily but not ending the relationship ( so far money has prevented this)...He says he needs time to heal himself so i have been giving him time for himself every couple of days, and suggesting he go hangout with his friends at least once a week( he has only done this once though).

The other employees who work with this guy have caught him in lies, he cant keep his age strait one day he is 29 the next he is 26..after searching we have found he is about 20 or 21, his military service keeps changing, one time is marines, another its army special forces ( at most he may be national guard). He claims he was wounded in Afganistain. He also said he was a manager at some other companies for 4 and 6 years, however when these were checked it was found he had lied, they had never heard of him. Our managers seem to be blind to this guy, but we all feel uneasy around him..and lying about his military service is wrong...how do we find real proof of his lying?

I have owned my home since 1998, in 2005 my husband and I divorced. I recieved the house during the divorce. During the divorce my mom moved in to help me out, I enrolled in a college in a town 50 miles away the following fall leaving my mother living in the house, prior to leaving for school I contacted my insurance provider and told them of the detailes, they said it was fine. I have been living in this other town during the fall and spring semsters since 2005. Last fall my lawn mower stopped working, and do to low finaces I decided not to purchase a new one until this spring. I also was planning on repairing 3 pieces of siding that came down during a storm in the fall. In January I recieved a phone call from my insurance agent, he told me that he was concerned by the condition of the property, i was shocked. i explained the above situation and he said that I had to be physically living in the property not a family member. I immediatly made plans to move home despite the cost of commuting the 50 miles one way to work and school. In February I recieved a letter in the mail telling me my policy would be cancled, I called and talked to my agent, He told me that he had looked at a white house with red shutters ( the house next to mine), mine has gray siding and no shutters. He told me he would re-examine the house and get back to me if my policy was still going to be cancled. I waited, and called a week later, they had yet to re-view my home. a month went by and I called them, and was informed that my policy was cancled and that the first notice given was the only notice I needed, the agent said they had not viewed the wrong property ( yet he still refered to it as the white house with red shutters), and called me a liar...because I am not there every single day of the week ( I often am schedualed to work tell 11pm and am expected to be back in at 7 AM, on those days I stay at my boyfriends, and my brother stay's at my house on those days to let the dog out). Thus my insurance has been cancled and I feel it was done unjustly. Anyone who knows about insurance I could use your help, I dont know what to do!

15 years ago I got married, less than a year later ( I later found out) my mom and husband began an affair..it continued off and on from 1996-2004, I learned about it in 2004! I tried to forgive both, and in 2006 my husband and I divorced. I tried as best as I could to forgive my mom for this, then in 2007 she became very sick..she had lung cancer and passed away in 2008. I never did and do not know if I can ever get over the hurt this caused..on top of this in 2006 after my divorce I began seeing a man who i thought was the world..but he cheated on me so many times I can not count anymore..on top of this he took my moms life insurance money and blew it on gambling...I finally got the gut to leave him last year (2010). I began seeing this awesome guy last spring...and this fall it turned into more and we are now living together...the problem is I am scared to trust...I know in my heart he is a good and honest man but because of all the crap I have had happen I don't know how to trust anymore even though I know I can him, I don't want to screw up the best relationship I have ever had in my life because of the past. any ideas on how to really let go of the past and start trusting again?

I don't know what to do, or how the law deals with such cases. I have loved and cared for her since she was 2 years old, prior to that she had lived in my now ex-mother in laws home, each of my sister in- laws homes, and finally she was given to me as a gift. I was given all of her papers ( showing when she was born, her AKC registration number, etc.) Supposedly these were stolen at the same time she was. I Love this little angel, she is like my own child. I have nursed her through many illnesses, and cared for her. I just am wondering how the law deals with issues such as this. I did not know any of this at the time she was given to me. I have all of her vet records listing me as her owner for the last 8 years. Can she be taken away from me?? It would devastate me and my family.

My father bought or was given AMR stock in 1971 when he worked for American Airlines, in 1990 we recieved a few Sabre stock certificates in the mail as a dividend, we have no idea what these are worth. A month ago we recieved a letter from Sabre saying the money that was made by its stock was going to be sent to the state of my fathers last residency as lost or forgotten property. I am just wondering what type of value these are worth, I can not find much info on these. If anyone knows how I can find out where my fathers holding account for His AMR stock is located please contact me, or if anyone can tell me how much these stocks could be worth. My father passed away 20 years ago and my mother 1 year ago so we have no info on these things, except for the certificates.

please some one help me I figured out the cash and computer but can not find the accumulated depreciation, or the gain on disposal, I have been working on this for 4 hours now, its due by 10:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time

the statement says the retained earnings is 15,000, but when I put that in and calculate stockholders equity it says I am wrong. When you find stock holders equity you simply add the retained earnings and the common stock, from what I understand, so why would my answer be wrong. common stock is 100,000 and it stats that retained earnings are 15000, so wouldn't the stock holder equity be 115000? does something need to be taken out of the retained earnings before doing this??? Help please it is do in the morning.

I just bought a 1998 Dodge Dakota, V6 Manual transmission Truck. The original owner told me it was doing this, but it didn't seem to be a major concern, I took it to a repair shop after purchasing it to get this repaired. They thought it just needed a tune up to fix it, however that didn't work. They cant seem to figure out what is causing the problem any ideas, they have ran it on all of the diagnostic machines and cant find the problem. I have done some of my own research and am wondering if it needs a whole new clutch assembly unit, but I'm not a mechanic. Help please before I spend a lot of money repairing my truck.

Our mom passed away last month from stage four lung cancer, two days ago I am told that my brother who is 40 has lessions on his lungs, he went through a cat scan today but they said it wouldnt be until monday that we get the results back. I am very worried!!!! He dosn't smoke, but has been exposed to heavey smoke while working as an musician in verious bars, as well as fumes from paint . any info would be greatly appreciated, I don't know if our family is ready to go through this again so soon after loosing our mom.
