If someone were to punch Barack Obama in the nuts, what kind of fine and/ or jail time would be the results of such. For instance... if someone at a fund raiser would walk up to the man, smiling, with his hand out stretched for a handshake, and then took his left hand and did a quick southpaw to the 'ol family jewels, what kind of legal ramifications would he get after the secret service was done saying hello. Now.. I am not advocating assaulting the president, but I'd like to do a cost benefit analysis of the action and resulting book deal.

I know a couple of them, like "Schist happens", "Geologists, don't take them for granite", and "If you show me your outcrop, I'll get a little boulder". Does anyone know any othes that they would like to share?

I'm a republican, but I don't understand why the GOP pushes issues like abortion and gay marriage to the forfront. I don't understand why dems constantly critisize every action of the GOP, without presenting what they think should be done to improve the country. When will both parties take a long hard look at this country and it's interests and work together to make it a better place by tackling issues that really matter as a team instead of bickering and trying to insult eachother like a couple of 7 year olds? What can we do as the voting public in your opinion to institute such cooperation?
