Is there any tax provision where the tax liability of a forclosure can be dismissed or foregiven by the IRS? The taxpayers both lost their jobs wich resulted in the forclosure. They have absolutely no funds to pay the taxes. If the forclosure were excluded they would be getting a refund.
4 AnswersUnited States1 decade agoEvaporative Cooler Help - Thank you!?
I so much appreciate all of you that gave me help and suggestions for replacing my cooler. You will never know how much you helped; each one of you.
It was a challenging job, not one for the weak and timid. During 90 degree and above heat, it took me a couple of hours to take the old one down, around a day to buy the new one and get it installed and about two days to figure out how to properly rewire the electrical connection.
An important note to myself and others: when removing an existing item and replacing it with another unit, make a sketch of the wiring before it is disconncected!
Thanks for your generous help!

I have an existing cooler that must be replaced. Does anyone know how difficult the installation is and do you recommend a guy with average talent tackle the job or refer it to a proffessional?
