  • Kody Brown is a polygamist, but is he a Criminal?

If your a fan of the reality show Sister Wives, I would like to hear from you in regards to the question above. Polygamy is a crime in all states in the US but should it be. What harm as Kody Brown done to society because he has 4 wives.

I think one of his children said it the best.....If dad had a wife and a mistress everyone would be telling him "He's da man. Way to go dude.". But because he is married to 4 women he is a criminal.

    What do you say?????

  • Curiosity has me on this.....?

I have noticed that there are more instances of women standing with the Groom, and Men standing with the bride. In fact my sister was "Best Man" at her best friends wedding. Me, Bradley (the groom) and Wendy (My sister) grew up together and we are like brother and sister. Brad and Wendy were like twins as their birthdays are only days apart. They adore each other but really are brother and sister.

I am still curious though isn't there a name for a women who stands as best man, or man standing as the maid of honor???

I know most of our wedding traditions come from old english weddings.

  • At work a coworker just announced she is pregnant....?

A coworker just announced she is pregnant. She is married and just recently married, 6 months ago, so this baby is coming quick in their marriage. So whats the problem you ask.

The problem is this. She is 26 years old and her husband is 55. When she got married people in the company looked down at her. Even on her honeymoon an older women asked her if she wanted the police to carry her away from the dirty old man.

Under their breath, coworkers are saying something must be wrong with her to be married to a man twice her age number one, and pregnant by him for number two. Some have even said she needs psychiatric care.

So what are your opinions. Is she crazy for marrying a man twice her age and borderline insane for getting pregnant? or ?????

  • Should he or Shouldn't he?

My 18 year old niece was recently in the hospital for a couple of days to basically have a "non-functional" embryo removed from her right fallopian tube. It was about 9 weeks along and was basically stuck in the tube.

She loves her step-dad, my sisters new husband. I must admit of the two men I have in my life both my husband and my brother-in-law are tops in the male food chain.

He was so disappointed in her. Not that she was having sex and had gotten pregnant but that she didn't go to him, or my sister her mom, and ask for assistance in preventing pregnancy. They have always had an open, honest and loving relationship.

My borther-in-law has gotten her a counselor to deal with the postpartum depression over the loss of the infant and some other issues he thought she needs to resolve. He has done many things in the past couple of days except he is torn between a request my niece made of him.

My Niece told my borther-in-law she knew what she had done was wrong and deserved to be punished. She told him that she had a lot of pent up guilt as a result of this and asked him if he would spank her.

So the question is Should he or shouldn't he spank her.

  • My mother is getting married .... ?

Before I continue, know that I am using, with her permission, the email address of a friends mother.

When I was 2 years old my mother packed me up and immigrated here to the United States from Russia. After being in the United states for about 2 years living with my birth fathers Aunt, my mom met a man and married. Soon after words she discovered that she was pregnant. As soon as her new husband learned she was pregnant he left. 9 months later my brother was born.

Now warp ahead about 7 years. My little brother discovered a group called Cub Scouts and wanted to join. So mom said it was ok. At the time mom knew very little english. I knew both english and russian and so did my little brother. There were many times when I would have to translate for my mother while she learned better english.

It was at that time that mom met another man. Let's just call him Misha. He was wonderful to her. He didn't laugh at her when she said wrong words as others did. He was kind to me and my brother. He is just a plain out good man and even went so far as to help me and my mom pass the citizenship test. He has taught mom how to speak better english and for the most part she still has an accent, but it is slowly going away with his help and tutoring.

Now move ahead another 5 years to come to today. Through these years Misha and my mom have become lovers and want to get married. Mom even wants children with him and I must admit me and my brother love him too. He makes my mom, and us, happy.

So by now many of you are saying so what's the problem. The problem is he is married already and his wife wants him to marry my mom and all of us, me , mom , his wife, his children to live together as one big family.

No he is not Mormon. Although he is of Arabic descent he is not Muslim. He is, of all things, Roman Catholic.

My mom suspects that his wife may have something seriously wrong her and that she may be dieing. Mother "Doris" (not her real name) has said she hasn't been to a doctor in 15 years and has no need for them. So it is very much possible that she has something wrong with her.

I want my mom to be happy and I honestly think she would be with this wonderful man. She has even said that if she only got 50% of Misha's attention throughout thier lives, she would be better off than if she had none of his attention.

So the problem I am having is, as much as I want him for my Step-dad and as much as he is my step dad, can my mother get in trouble from this. If you or someone you know is in a plural marriage please respond.

    Please..rude comments will get reported.

  • What would you do.....?

My husband was returning from a day business trip and stopped in a Subway to get some food. A young lady (14 at the most) walked up to him and asked him if he would buy her for the night.

My husband almost laughed at the youngster then replied "I am not ready."

She asked "Not ready for what?" He replied "To go to prison" and shooed her away.

Men if a female stranger(Doesn't matter the age) walked up to you and asked you to have sex with her what would you do?

  • I was wondering if any of the women out there knew the precise moment they concieved.?

I had the pleasure of taking my sister to the OB/GYN for her first appointment after discovering she was pregnant. The doctor computed her due date and she said "No doctor. I got pregnant exactly on this date." and she gave him the date.

The Doctor asked if she was sure. She replied she was. So I really want to know how many women out there knew the day, or moment, they concieved.

MY Sister and her hubby are extremely excited. Almost as excited when I announced I was pregnant last year.
