The title is a little misleading, tried to think of a way to re-word it but couldn't. I received the phone call this morning from the hospital saying my grandfather passed away. At that time I was sad about it, I went back to sleep and when I woke up I didn't feel it so much anymore, even when I first heard the news I had felt a sense of.. accepting, knowing he was going to pass away soon. Now i'm more accepting of it, he himself said he had lived a full life and i'm happy he did, dying at the ripe age of 76 he experienced many more thing then I might ever in my lifetime. So my question is, is it normal to be so accepting of the loss of a family member so soon? I heard there are 5 or 7 stages of mourning, but I feel I haven't gone through those and just went straight to acceptance.

Axl Rose said in an interview that the best lyrics he may have ever written were the ending segment in 'Coma' from Use Your Illusions I. He tried to write the lyrics for this song for over a year, he couldn't until one day he passed out in the studio for two hours. When he awoke he started writing and the lyrics were the ending bit for Coma. He says it's the best he's possibly ever written. Do you agree with him? For writing it in such a timespan and how it just poured out. I'd have to say it may very well be. Although November Rain and Estranged are very damn good too.

My boyfriend and I are clean, we've never had any sort of sexual contact, yet we're moving towards that direction and want to go there. We're willing to use condoms but we'd feel it wouldn't.. be pure in a sense. So i'm wondering, we're both clean, don't have anything. We're very loyal to each other, so there's no chance of an outside source, and trust me, there isn't. Is it possible for us to catch anything, when it's just the two of us not using condoms? This is somethng that's been on our minds for awhile with no one really able to give us an answer. We'd like to know before we do anything so we don't regret. I find it highly doubtful that we could catch anything, but stranger things have happened. Please answer my question and thank you.
